Gebwell equipment plays a central role in a unique energy center
Kotka Kampuskortteli, located in the inner city of Kotka, has an energy center, which is known to be the first of its kind in Finland. The site ingeniously combines district heating, heat pump technology, and energy recycling within the building. Energy recycling means, for example, that heat can be transferred from the side of the building heated by the sun to the shaded side of the building. We were able to deliver the district heat distribution centers and accumulators manufactured by Leppävirra to this unique destination.
