Construction of positive energy building in Helsinki Kalasatama will begin in the spring

Gebwell Ltd. takes part in the EXCESS project, within the framework of which four positive energy buildings (PEB) will be built around Europe, one in Helsinki Kalasatama. Construction of the eight-storey house will begin in spring 2021 and the apartments will be ready to move in 2023. The heating system of the apartment building will be efficient Gebwell ground source heat system along with solar panels. The technology used in the project enables lower heating costs and carbondioxide emissions. Read our press release about the project here.
